This dashboard design project for Macy’s Technology Governance team delivers executive-level insights into Agile delivery, cloud infrastructure, and financial performance. The first set of dashboards focuses on tracking project costs by executive leaders, providing a high-level breakdown of capital and labor expenses across portfolios. These visualizations help senior leadership monitor spend alignment with business objectives, ensuring accountability and transparency at the highest level. Further into the gallery, dashboards detail Google Cloud Platform (GCP) usage—including BigQuery (BQ) queries, slot reservations, and compute costs—offering visibility into cloud efficiency and resource consumption. Combined with metrics like sprint health, velocity, and product readiness, these dashboards transform complex datasets into intuitive visuals. They empower Macy’s executives to make fast, confident decisions that drive technology governance, cost control, and strategic planning.
Ultimately, I designed an executive observability dashboard that surfaces key indicators of cloud performance, system health, and cost anomalies—translating technical complexity into clear, actionable insights.
